Any place that offers and is willing to correct a customer's mistake deserves 10 out of 5 stars and nothing but praise! I placed an order to send birthday flowers to a friend and it was delivered to the wrong address because I, the customer, put the wrong address in the order ? I called Exclusive Flowers by Terry and he was extremely understanding and considerate and offered to send new flowers the following day to the correct address!
