I wasn’t happy with the arrangement and the choices of plants for my aunt’s gift so I contacted customer service and expressed my displeasure. I was prepared to just chuck everything to experience and not order flowers online ever again and just get something from Amazon. Well, customer service was wonderful, responded right away to my texts and rectified the situation. They were able to make a beautiful flower arrangement for my aunt again and delivered them the following day. Even though we started on a not-so-great start, this shop has one of the best customer service in the industry. Because at the end of the day, with the rising cost of everything, you want to get your money’s worth. Satisfaction as a consumer is very important.
